What do you like best?

Minotaur's customer service and responsiveness to issues. They answer questions or concerns very quickly. Also, their ability to tailor the system to our needs and size in a rapidly changing environment. The ability to automate several of our processes. Both on the food processing side and shipping and receiving side.

What do you dislike?

Reporting can be a little bit complex. There is lots of flexibility to it but understanding how to write reports can be tough.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Daily food processing and accounting. We produce, ship and bill 50,000+ lbs a day. Minotaur handles all of the accounting and tractability needed to comply with food processing standards. Minotaur allows us to do all of this with limited office and production staff.
