What do you like best?

Dynamics can do everything you need. Truly is great for what it is and it really does serve its purpose greatly. This is a great to run a company on.

What do you dislike?

This is old school. Competitors have created better features to make Dynamics outdated. Along with that, there are so many things Dynamics is lacking. This can mostly be seen when using the Purchasing side of Dynamics. Every feature of Purchasing is very tedious compared to the competitors I have used. Also, there is a lot of overlap (not in a good, collaborative way) with the administrator, and accounting, so project delays are expected if this is implemented at a large company.

It is really important to make sure this is a good fit for your organization, and their future plans.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We really use it to run our business. Dynamics is why we are able to provide for our customers at the end of the day. I really do like the support features that come along with Dynamics.
