Great system, but can get over-complicated in its efforts to be flexible.

Ease of interface for everyday transactions.

Summarizing data on dashboards for quick reference.

There are many canned reports to choose from.

What do you dislike?

When trying to create my reports/queries, there are so many tables that contain the same data because they try to do too much. Overly complicated trying to be so flexible.

There are still items on menus that do not work.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Summarizing data - dollars and hours by project has been simplified immensely. As a result, we have accurate and timely reporting.
