I'm pretty much a novice with Manitou, but it's very user friendly.

What do you like best?

It's user friendly and easily customizable for people with the proper permissions.

What do you dislike?

I don't personally have all the permissions I need to get the job done.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Sometimes the customizing is too liberal, so the same problem gets labeled as 20 different things, so you have to ask a manager what they mean. The benefits are that it's easy to use.
