Game-changer for lead scoring and prioritization

What do you like best?

The scoring from the models completely changed how we were approaching the leads. We didn't have enough information in our database to score, so combining their model with our behavior analytics has saved us a lot of time. The visual aspect within Salesforce is really helpful for our sales team. They can see immediately what leads they should prioritize. They are also an absolute pleasure to work with.

What do you dislike?

The platform itself could use some simplification, but the majority of our workflows/use cases are outside of their platform anyway.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have a heavy inbound flow and needed to prioritize leads for sales pursuit. Applies their models saved us a ton of time gathering more data points and their data has been very reliable. The feedback from our reps is that there are more high-quality meetings being set up as a result.
