What do you like best?

Lou is absolutely a powerful software for user onboarding. If you run a SaaS it is a must to guide your users on how to use your software and this is where Lou comes in. Is you personally recommend Lou due to their slick widget UI for your user onboarding process. Support is great as well as I have not encountered any incident of Support not getting back to me for my questions.

What do you dislike?

The backend user interface where we would create the onboarding widgets would need some more improvements in my opinon. Granted the end production of widgets where its customer facing is very well done, a better working UI would indeed make this software a whole.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I own a SaaS and a marketplace platform. I would say that Lou successfully solves both my software problems for vendors and users as well in terms of guidance on how to navigate around my websites and also where are impotant USP functions are within my softwares user dashboard.
