Easiest Way for both the Company and Client to Receive and Give Feedback!
What do you like best?
Working at Qualtrics, Voxpopme is an awesome tool for communicating with clients and customers and receiving feedback. It is so easy and stress free. Customers are way more likely to give an honest review when they are not in person so I feel like Voxpopme has allowed us to gather more accurate data in our reviews.
What do you dislike?
When adding subtitles to the videos, it can be really slow. It might have just been my computer however.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
There are many problems we are solving with Voxpopme, one of them being video transcription. That can be a pain to do but with the awesome intelligence of Voxpopme it is taken care of for us.
