A very positive experience
What do you like best?
Customer service and integration possibilities of the system. Also Leyline is very flexible and allows us to use single ticket for a whole patient journey across the hospital. Having ability to use mobile application for planning a visit is a nice adittion.
What do you dislike?
System updates are very often, therefore user manuals are a bit outdated
