What do you like best?

It is the most professional way to run all customer support processes and to be able to generate three times more leads on the website with our live chat and be loved by everyone thanks to the good experience we provide them. With its powerful functions we are able to help customers quickly and easily, in this way we can receive live chat tickets, email, Facebook, Twitter or SMS directly in our Slack channel and later respond to all Slack tickets and even collaborate with your teammates to provide the best possible support.

What do you dislike?

Its performance in the desktop version is undoubtedly excellent, it generates very good results and without setbacks, but the version for mobile devices that we have all the staff usually generates errors and delays, for this reason, we try to work always using a PC to get the most out of it and not run into unexpected errors, therefore it has exceeded our expectations, and in general it is very intuitive.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is a powerful platform for companies of any size, Lemtalk offers potential features such as Slack integration and tickets. At the same time, it allows users to chat with visitors, that is, a live and direct chat between an organization's teams and clients, all within the company's website in real time, and even without leaving the platform. Lemtalk tickets also help the business flow and keep us organized, as we can tag a ticket to move it to a dedicated and personalized channel

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We generate at least three times as many leads on our website. We create automated live chat messages that are automatically triggered by user behavior and context. We engage in meaningful conversations and build warmer, stronger relationships with website visitors. We quickly and easily create detailed FAQ pages that make it easy to troubleshoot common problems, reducing repeat support requests and providing customers with the information they need to find the help they need.
