Simple Onboarding, great support, and easy to use software

What do you like best?

Onboarding was made simple as Nick helped us choose the most suitable package for our business, and the support from Andreaa is consistently great with most (if not all) queries answered within 24 hours. The software itself is very simple to use and makes sending and tracking documents really easy.

What do you dislike?

I have no dislikes, however as is the case with any software, there are one or two features that would be useful which aren't currently available. Having multiple signer experiences is a great feature, however for some signer roles (for example that of an Approver), subject lines aren't yet customisable. It would be ideal if subject lines were always customisable regardless of the signer experience or signer role. I have fed this back and the customer success team did recently add it onto their feature suggestion list, so hopefully it'll be implemented in the future!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Easy to track and keep up to date of documents that have been sent out.
