Standard performance tool with ease of use

What do you like best?

Simple and user-friendly interface which doesn't have so much complication on how to use the application; I liked the structure of the website content, i.e., Font, emoji, animations, etc. Other things are good in Leapsome, like the readily available analysis section where one can click and see the critical analysis of the scores between manager score and self-evaluation. Overall it is a complete package that gives the one-stop for performance tracking and evaluation.

What do you dislike?

I couldn't notice anything which was not present in the portal. It has all the required / necessary information tables. The only thing I think was missing was the overall comment on the performance while submitting the self-assessment. I noticed that it was there once we receive the final feedback from the manager. However, this can add at the time when the user submits the review. This way, it can help users add some additional points which he/she may not have the option to write.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Leapsome provides the most straightforward way of performance tool for your organization, and the representation of the ratings and its comparison is perfect. You can use this tool to integrate a standard performance cycle process in diff verticals of the Company.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The main problem we had was the performance measurement tool which I believe is solved. The benefit is the performance tracking which will help in measuring and evaluating the growth of individuals. It also gets all different verticals of the company aligned in a standard performance evaluation process.
