Strong effort from the Klenty team to add functionality for our needs - Excellent CS!

What do you like best?

From day one, they've continued to be attentive to all our requests and questions. Our company now is capable of rolling out a successful outbound effort thanks to Klenty.

What do you dislike?

Not a dislike - more excited for what's to come. Certain functionality that would allow one to work completely within Klenty, call task cadences, filtering to build better lists, and progress reports would put Klenty at the top.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I was hired by my company to build out an outbound SDR effort. Previously, I used platforms like Apollo and Outreach, but because my company chose tech like Outlook, Zoho CRM, and Zapier to complete their other areas of business, Klenty from the start was the best option for integration purposes. Upon entering the Klenty platform, I worked with the features allowed to us (mind you, in the base-level product), and have been able to stay on track with nation-wide campaigns for surveys, geo-targeted campaigns, triggers based on specific fields that are crucial in our industry. All along the way, their Support team is always reachable and provides resolutions that exceed most platforms I've been exposed to.
