Great Product!

What do you like best?

The user interface of Monetate (Kibo Personalisation) is extremely clean and very clear to use. It is not designed to be overly complicated - it makes working in the product so much more enjoyable.

I love Monetate's AI - especially Dynamic testing. Our international websites have few visitors, so we are able to reach goal significance rather quickly using Dynamic testing. (Dynamic testing is where we allow Monetate's AI to consider the split ratio between control vs experiment).

Our account manager is always super helpful, always an email/call away to discuss recommendations for an upcoming test - nothing is ever too much trouble.

What do you dislike?

A built-in booking system that would enable us to book Monetate approved actions. Right now, they only allow booking via a word document - I sometimes have to send this to other teams, for me to then send it over to our account manager when finalized.-

If Monetate ever has any questions regarding the bespoke action - I have to become a middle man. I think an online system with the ability to cc other members would work so much better in getting approved actions booked in.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are currently working on our bounce rate - we have a lot of experiences that focus on this metric. We have particularly found useful for our international websites, the use of Monetate's AI. We allow Monetate to consider control vs experiment for us.
