Advanced user of KashFlowThe simplicity and the layout. Also the fact that it offers separate sections for receipts and suppliers, while most online invoicing software completely skips receipts. Over the years the price has remained between ВЈ12 and ВЈ18, with a few ups and downs, so overall very affordable for the offering. Invoice generation is simple, although you can only choose from a few templates. Recurring invoicing is also included in the price. It also integrates with PayPal, so any purchases made that way can be automatically pulled into KashFlow, and with a click of a button you can get the expenses receipts created. Over the 10 years that I've used it for, there were only a few minor outages, that very always very quickly resolved. Can't really comment on support as never needed it.
No customisation and very little improvement over the years in terms of useful features. Exporting Receipts in PDF would also be nice, but at the moment it's only an Excel export. Fully functional mobile app would be welcome. Currently it's more of a web-app. An option to link purchase to an invoice would be great, to work out an actual profit per invoice / client. Currently there's no way of doing that, so a profit per customer is really revenue per customer as it excludes the cost of parts supplier etc.
If you need a simple to pick-up and use accounting software in the cloud, KashFlow is a good bet.
Recording clients and suppliers, all purchases and invoices stored and generated in the system. End of year tax return calculations are easily obtainable. Many other reports are available so you can report profit by client, year/month, etc. Always easy to generate and produce as CSV, Exce, PDF, etc.
