It is good but complicated
What do you like best?
It is easy to use just for the layover on the HCM and it is easier if you are applying for 1 or 2 jobs.
What do you dislike?
It is complicated while using with Human Capital Management systems such as Infor Global HR. One of the most imporant aspect is that once a candidate applies, there is no place to save the candidate information, so the candidate has to enter their information every single time. If this is a longer application, the information is not parsed into the related field so all information needs to be re entered by the candidate. If i have to apply for 4 or 5 jobs, the candidate would end up spending a lot of time instead of doing a quick apply with the same profile or resume. There should be an option to have something temporarily saved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that your HCM is completely configurable with Jobvite and understand what are the actions that it is triggering. We have had password issues and candidates wouldn't be able to login. Make sure to ask for a good project manager that can help and guide you instead of rushing to finish within the timeline.
Also make sure you have some personal training becasue everythign is videos.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Better or easy candidate experience, they can apply within a few steps depending on what information you are seeking from the user. It takes about 1 to 2 minutes to apply using jobvite. Also the look and feel is better compared to some Applicant tracking systems.
