What do you like best?

I like that IT Glue houses so much information. We can put most of our documentation in one location for all our techs to reference.

What do you dislike?

IT Glue lacks some customizability. For example, we can't add images to some documents natively. We have to find ways around to past them in, otherwise we won't have those necessary images in the documents.

Check out other options that may suit your needs, such as DokuWiki. Give each a test run and see what works for your company. Make sure to pick the solution you need, not change your needs for a specific solution.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were able to tackle the issue of consolidating multiple locations and shared files, as well as physical documents for our client documentation into one location that all the techs can access from anywhere.
