Easy life with conga (conga composer)

What do you like best?

I like the ease with which you create the templates with all the bindings, the way you fetch the necessary data (conga queries). One big plus is the ease with which things can be automated in conga. The learning curve means every admin can do also necessary changes on the templates, links, etc after only a minor introduction to conga. I also like the documentation that is provided by conga team, and their support which was wery helpful in helping us resolv the issues we faced.

What do you dislike?

Debugging sometimes can be a bit tricky. It was mainly due to complex URLs used in outbound messages. It was a bit messy to remap all the querie ids to the custom settings after deploying the solution to next environment.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It enables things to work in a seamless and automated way so that the user interaction is minimal if required. Changes that would be necessary on the conga templates or conga email templates can be done so quickly that every admin can learn it in hours.
