What do you like best?
I like how you can cancel the appointments all at once when in the ischeduler. I like the new updated feature where you can hover the patient name in the top right and it showed the telephone so you can easily call the patient.
What do you dislike?
to contact help you have to start a ticket at least that is the only way I know. I would prefer to be able to call and contact someone directly. Also, with the ticket creation I wish I could attach a document for an example. I wish that it showed when a patients file was altered in demos and scheduling who touched it and when. I wish that when you moved from EMR to ischeduler that it kept the same patient name.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I do like being about to run the reports to show what is outstanding in the AR. Easily understandable and easy to navigate.
