What do you like best?
Ipro enterprise functionality is top notch. I find it to be very uniform.I find also, the help support options for anything Ipro related to be very efficient. I utilize Ipro software daily in my line of work. I find it to be useful and reliable. Attorneys find it to be user friendly and we are gaining more and more attention for the use of online review platform than opposed to the old school ways of printing out the documents and self tagging.
What do you dislike?
The only functions I dislike, are tagging options being set after imports to eclipse. Sometimes the analytics portion of the software can also be tricky. Although the updates are great, i feel they roll the updates out the minute there is something small to update. Rather than waiting until a few different bugs are worked out first before rolling out an update.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The quality of the software is beyond any other software on the market at the time. Technology is advancing at a rate in which we are going to not have control over. Ditch the paper and get into an online review platform.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use Ipro Enterprise at our firm to review and tag important documents. I use the admin version to load the documents to the online review platform for attorney search/review. The benefits to using an online review platform is time and efficiency. So much time is used printing, tagging and sorting documents by hand. We are able to cut cost down drastically by using the software. Which in return drives the bill down and we are able to show cost effectiveness to our client.
