RelativityOne is the best product in its space by a distance

What do you like best?

It is the most comprehensive workflow tool in the eDiscovery space. It's far more than just a review platform.

What do you dislike?

Some of the UI / UX that Aero is addressing. A couple of things on the wish list include:

1. I'd also like it was easier to assign and track tasks in it more like a kaban board.

2. More control over branding / whitelisting a site.

3. More control over the look and feel.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Relativity is frequently the best / most scalable product in the legal tech space that actual legal teams have access to. Most law firms don't have task management or project management systems. Most law firm's have no or poor data room capabilities. I think RelativityOne needs to continue to build itself out as a platform and go after each of these use cases. The first question I was asked internally when I put a business case together to acquire RelOne was "what can other departments use it for", the easier it is to answer this question, the easier it is for me and people like me to licence this software.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is the workhorse of our Regulatory and White Collar Crime investigations. The benefits are its reliability, audit ability, and tailor-ability.
