What do you like best?
I like the ease of use for full reviews as well as the quick preview the popup gives me. Sometimes when I am even browsing a website on my spare time, I will see something that sticks out and I will look into them.
What do you dislike?
I dislike the accuracy. I am not sure where the information is all sourced from but a lot of the information is incorrect. This is disappointing when I use the info while talking to a customer and they call out that it is wrong.

Improve the accuracy of information on the app.

Intricately helps me a lot with qualification. We are not technically compatible with every company out there so it helps save the time of reaching out to learn their info when I have it right in front of me.
