Easy access to the CRM software

What do you like best?

Easy access to the CRM software, it's easy to set-up and It can understand basic questions. It helped our team be more efficient especially with notifying us when someone would finish a task/project in the Insightly CRM.

What do you dislike?

Can't answer more complex queries but is good enough for most scenarios.

Nothing at all, just go for it!
