What do you like best?

It makes scanning a network and identifying clients quite easy and their catalog of known products is quite useful

What do you dislike?

The amount of notifications can be overwhelming if not set up properly. Also there is not enough notifications for if a site drops offline completely which can be easy to miss when you have lots of sites. Would like to see updated products for Ubiquiti. The amount of time to set up clients on a site is quite cumbersome.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take the time to setup notification delays and verify services and it will save you a lot of unnecessary alerts.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being able to remotely monitor clients networks as well as being able to provide monthly monitoring services to clients has been a great benefit to our business.
