Advanced user of iATS PaymentsiATS allowed us to easily create a web-based online payment option on our website. As a non-profit we want to make it easy for our supporters to give online. We now offer options to give both using credit cards and "electronic checks" (ACH payments). Supporters can also donate once or set up a recurring donation. Additionally, I can easily create custom pages as needed with only a few minutes. iATS support has always been helpful and friendly and, generally speaking, very responsive.
The available reports are lacking and very limited in the available options and customizations that are supported.
The only real deficiency we have encountered with iATS Payments is the limited reports that are available. If robust reporting is a requirement you will want to carefully evaluate the available reports to see if they meet your needs.
Using iATS Payments provides a low-cost/low-fee online payments through our web site. Our online donations have increased and continue to do so each quarter. The ability to create a custom page for a special event or need provides a great way to promote these special opportunities to our supporters.
