Advanced user of HugoHugo encourages me to be disciplined about preparing for meetings. It also provides the infrastructure for me to encourage everyone else on my team to prepare for meetings more effectively and to share their notes (or make them automatically available to meeting attendees.)

Hugo has allowed me to go from knowing that I should prepare for meetings to actually preparing and sharing the preparation with stakeholders ahead of time. Awesome!
Currently, security is managed at an individual level so we have had to reach out to some users to adjust their security settings. This has been a very easy problem for us to fix though.
Give it a try. Integrate it with the tools that you currently use (especially your calendar). Test using it to drive your meeting workflow on a daily basis.
I used to take all of my notes in Evernote. I think I've shared them maybe twice in 5 years. With Hugo's integration into my calendar, I now prepare for all of my meetings ahead of time. Share my preparation automagically and automatically share notes with stakeholders after every meeting. Brilliant.
