Great for meeting notes, has changes how I manage my daily calendar for the better!

What do you like best?

Hugo encourages me to be disciplined about preparing for meetings. It also provides the infrastructure for me to encourage everyone else on my team to prepare for meetings more effectively and to share their notes (or make them automatically available to meeting attendees.)

I'm trying to leverage Hugo to encourage people to be more prepared for meetings with me and with others.

Hugo has allowed me to go from knowing that I should prepare for meetings to actually preparing and sharing the preparation with stakeholders ahead of time. Awesome!

What do you dislike?

Currently, security is managed at an individual level so we have had to reach out to some users to adjust their security settings. This has been a very easy problem for us to fix though.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Give it a try. Integrate it with the tools that you currently use (especially your calendar). Test using it to drive your meeting workflow on a daily basis.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I used to take all of my notes in Evernote. I think I've shared them maybe twice in 5 years. With Hugo's integration into my calendar, I now prepare for all of my meetings ahead of time. Share my preparation automagically and automatically share notes with stakeholders after every meeting. Brilliant.
