Wonderful experience with a wonderful tool.

What do you like best?

I like that it is an easy and digestible way to provide feedback to our HR team on what needs to be changed.

What do you dislike?

While anonymous feedback is great, people sometimes get a little too candid knowing that their name won't show.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

A lot of behavioral issues have been solved with HR-Survey 360 degree feedback. Issues that we may not have even known we had. It is also a lot more real time which I appreciate.
