Easy to use platform for hiring entry-level employees

What do you like best?
Their interview scheduling (which texts the applicant to confirm they are coming) really helped reduce our no-shows. They also managed job postings on Indeed, Kijiji, etc, which really helped... instead of putting it off for days or weeks, I was able to get the job postings up quickly and fill positions. They also offer great customer service (with real people!), which made things that much easier. Dealing with Rob was great, because he was in the business and actually understands the problems.
What do you dislike?
Not a lot. We are a seasonal business with a small number of employees, so the monthly plan maybe wasn't ideal for us... but that said, it was nice to have the job postings ready to go at a moments notice.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They make the process really simple. It helps a lot if you already have job descriptions and questions that you want to ask applicants ready to go.
