Used for 10 years until it was unable to keep up with our needs.

What do you like best?

The system was easy for the end user to understand, and some data was easy to pull out for analysis. Having everything under one program was very helpful.

What do you dislike?

We outgrew the system. The inability to add fields meant we couldn't track what we needed to.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We used High Plains as our primary RMS for emergency responses, plan review, and inspections.
