My take on New World Public Safety

What do you like best?

I like that it has become familiar to me. What I mean by this is that I have been using this product in one form or the other over the past 16 years. That tells me this is a durable product committed to evolving to meet current and future needs.

What do you dislike?

It is costly. This is perhaps one of the most expensive RMS products we use, and the cost never seems to go down. However, it seems like it would be even more expensive if we were to "start over" with another, competing "RMS" service.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Beware of modules. Don't assume anything is included.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's a huge jump to their latest product, "Enterprise," in both the terms of time and financial resources. While not necessarily required, it seems to be expected. I have been getting suttle hints from representitives that the current product will not be supported for much longer.
