Advanced user of Fire PackageMy department has found your software very easy to use. The reports are amazing for stats.
My only recommendation would be the single fax feature to hospital and the ability to complete report in field despite internet. Not really a issue for our department as we carry hotspots.
Stats are very important to me and the reports are right on target. I can even request a special report if needed for small fee. No missing reports and billing is very accurate now. We were losing reports before.
