Happitu hits a home run

What do you like best?

Happitu is so easy to use! When you see the end product it will surprise you how easy they made it for the end user. I love that you can pinpoint an issue, fix it, and roll it out without any interruption in your reps workload. It also provides a plethora of potential reports that enable everything from quick data analysis as well as more detailed information with just a few clicks of the mouse.

What do you dislike?

Every new product has little glitches and bugs, but the team at Happitu always made me feel like any issues I was having took priority and they quickly worked to provide a fix. I haven't come across anything in the program itself that I dislike.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking for a great product to assist your reps in providing excellent customer support, you really need to look no further. It is by far the best program of its type available. You won't be disappointed. Best of all, the support you receive if you do have any questions or issues is top notch. I truly can't say enough great things about Happitu and it's developers

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I was able to quickly recognize ticketing issues we were having were at the rep level as well as providing me the ability to narrow it down to specific reps by using the many filtering options. This allowed me to provide focused coaching and optimize productivity. This cleared up time in my busy schedule which in turn allowed me to spend more time coaching and developing.
