What do you like best?

Halo is a very helpful app in the day and age of texting. It is nice to be able to text other colleagues and providers and read what someone needs while providing patient careBecause it's on the cell phone sometimes you don't get service in certain areas and don't get messages for a while. I also enjoy that it tells you when the other person read your message.

What do you dislike?

Because it's on the cell phone sometimes you don't get service in certain areas and don't get messages for a while. I also wish they had a way to have a small picture by peoples names.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I do think Halo has made it easier to communicate especially during night shift it's much easier to text the doctor instead of having to call
