Transformed the way we use salesforce, and we are thankful
What do you like best?
Salesforce initial setup and flow was intended for an audience with larger Projects and few customers. Our business relies on consistent and regular contact with our customers. As such each click of a button in salesforce, and the short nut stacking seconds lost become the difference between serving many more customers each day and getting to them quicker. Grid buddy had allowed us to make more outbound calls to our customers and document that interaction in real time while organizing follow-ups concurrently. and saving and updating in mass. it has simply transformed salesforce from a difficult and tedious user interface (suitable flor other business, but not ours) to one that feels like a viable tool that we simply cannot be without.
What do you dislike?
Nothing immediately noteworthy, Im sure there is a few niggles, but the team at validity has always been there to support us through those hurdle.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Salesforce, which we had already invested in, was simply not suitable in its given state, and we needed to make it work. Gridbuddy transformed the interface and made the entire experience a suitable and viable solution after-all. Without Gridbuddy, salesforce was a chore to use in our multi platform setup.
