They thought of everything!

What do you like best?

I appreciate that it is easy to create a new document, that we can create templates for consistency and speed of sending new docs, that we can have both sender and receiver or only receiver sign the documents. I appreciate the way the signed documents are coalesced with technical information about who and when they were signed. IU appreciate the eMail notifications and the dealboard that allows me to track progress on all docs.

What do you dislike?

It would be nice to be able to add more than 5 pages to a document requiring signing. The chat notifications are way too slow in coming to my eMail, and I cannot figure out how to engage those in GA. It would be nice if the customer could more easily make edits to the docs we send.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use GA to send Engineering drawings that need to be approved. It has helped us with more iron-clad proof that the customer approved them.
