Advanced user of SENETI can reach the technical team whenever we have issues and the service is great. The system is simple to use and the interface is something our clients like so much. Another thing really special about SENET and that I appreciate is their innovation and continuous improvement to meet our needs and the needs of our clients. The console feature that enables us to manage not only PCs but also consoles is heplful and making things simple.
The platform is really professional and protected for the usres' benefit but can make it difficult for us to manage like passwords that can't be reset unless the client provides an email which makes it hard, especially that mostly kids don't have emails or can't access them.
SENET is the best option you have out there, they always innovate and look for ways to improve their service and features. It simply meets expectations and more.
