What do you like best?

AnswerIQ tool helps build AI models, wise predictions, and other case routing predictions which is gr8.

It captures various case metrics right from the case getting created to case getting closed.

Its very slick and very easy to understand. We use AnswerIQ with our salesfroce service could console.

The answerIQ widget is so simple and easy to understand.

What do you dislike?

there is nothing much to dislike about answerIQ tool. its very easy to integrate with any tool.
