What do you like best?
FireFlies AI records and transcribes all meetings, allowing you to search specific topics, as well as action items. It can also route all information into a Slack channel after a call with 90% accuracy and create action items too. You can listen to the recording at double the speed or download it into your preferred format. I love having the ability to click into a spot within my transcript and listen to a particular snapshot.
The pricing is fairly affordable vs. the cost spent to have someone join in on all our meetings.
What do you dislike?
There's not much to dislike in my opinion. The first time I tried to use it, it did not work to join my Join.Me line, but worked perfectly with Google Hangouts. It is important to always include the dial-in URL and the screen share link as FireFlies AI will scan both to try to join the meeting.
I also wish that the free trial could be extended a bit longer - you initially get to have your first recording free in order to try it out.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We spend a lot of hours having someone join calls just to take notes. This will help to reduce the cost of someone having to join any important meeting with our clients.
