What do you like best?

Simple and practical. This software makes it easy for our crews to interface with and our admin to manage. The callback feature is also really practical and needed.

What do you dislike?

Takes a little time to load different day screens in the calendar module. But that's me just trying to find a dislike to report- really it's a good program and I haven't truly had negative experiences with it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Just like with any software, you get out of it what you put into it. I suggest working with a product team member, and utilizing as many of the features as possible to get the variety of your processes integrated. Definitely use the roster pages to create a printed or emailed Plan of the Day for your organization. Encourage employees to utilize the system to ask for trades, swaps, time off, etc. and to plan their holidays and vacation time with one another.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Crewsense solves our shift scheduling issues. With 50+ personnel scheduled every day, and needing to have minimum staffing covered 24/7, 365 there are going to be call-outs, sick days, etc. and utilizing this software makes it easier to combat those issues when they arise. Crew can also go through this system to ask for days off, create plans of the day, etc.
