What do you like best?

The quality of the data is among the best. According to their price I did not find a better solution yet. The customer support team was exceptional. Honestly, I do not understand the bad reviews about them. They are super efficient and they offered me a free refill of my credits even though I did not ask for it. In combination with my other tools this generated me the highest number of correct emails. The email sender tool is quite basic but accomplish what promises, sends the emails and I can review the Stats of the campaigns. One of the best features is that every email comes verified and I can assure it is true. Using correct emails only, my bounce rate are been exceptionally low. Overall I am super satisfied with the product. Could be better? Everything could be better yes, but much more expensive . In terms of quality vs price I know they are the best.

What do you dislike?

Maybe the integration with other tools could be better. I mean, they have a Zapier integration that works correctly but I would like to have more options. They told me they are working on a more complete API and it seems promising. I would like to test drip campaign feature as well.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My lead generation has improved a lot. I prefer to use only the correct emails and I'm pretty confident using the tool. I can search, verify and send emails to my B2b target knowing that the tool is robust enough.
