Financial Cents

What do you like best?

It's hard to pick just one thing, but I think my favorite feature right now is the profitability area of Financial Cents. I can see where I'm at from a profitability standpoint based on my monthly billing for each client. This will tell me if I'm charging enough for the amount of time I put in throughout a given accounting cycle. I love the live links to GoogleSheets and URLs that I use in my workflow.

What do you dislike?

I wish I could see tasks within tasks on one page, rather than the sub-tasks opening in a separate window. I looked at a lot of options for bookkeeping workflow. One that caught my attention was ClientHub because the notes and subtasks for each task are located next to the task, not in a separate window. Ultimately I liked the look and feel of Financial Center for more than other apps, the profitability section, and the fact that it is made FOR my industry!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The problem I was having was knowing where to start each day when I sit down to work. I'd look through every client in QBO to see the status or look at a separate spreadsheet (not knowing if it was up to date.) Now that my recurring workflows are set-up, I know exactly where I'm at with each client in one place AND I know exactly where I left off without having to write cumbersome notes for myself.
