What do you like best?

The system requirements are tailored towards the distributor type businesses, can be easily used for such industry with minimal customization. Integration between the ecomm site and core ERP is also a great feature.

What do you dislike?

Lack of documentation/ processes on FDM4's end. The support and defined processes has improved over the years, however, we still struggle from the lack of documention for preciously implemented change requests.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Enables to business to meet their requirements specific to the apparel industry.
