What do you like best?

I can create and edit my documents from my phone, tablet, or laptop and then share the documents without fear of the team being unable to open it because they don't have a Google account. It has truly streamlined our email editing, marketing, survey production, and analyzing as well as many others.

What do you dislike?

The product did initially pose some trial and error for me, as there was not enough training when I started using it for the first time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Sharing documents with my team. We are a fundraising office so our employees are often traveling. This makes it easy to create, edit, and share from google docs using the ezFlow, especially to my boss, who uses outlook or even his note pad on his phone.
