What do you like best?

It does what they say it will do. It's a simple add-on, but is it even necessary?

What do you dislike?

It's a little TOO simple. It almost seems like "here it is, go ahead use it" and you don't see any real improvements over time. That COULD be a good thing, but not in my experience. Stagnance is a slow death.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Evaluate what your needs are and see if this simple solution covers them or if you're better off finding a more value-added platform on which to do this. Sometimes simple is ok lol

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It was in use on our former platform, but it was useful for users that didn't want to manage their contacts. It's a very simple platform-gap-filler item. Google is missing an opportunity here.
