User Friendly and has a wide range of platforms from onboarding, engagement, 360 and pulse surveys

What do you like best?

Platform is user friendly and for GROW, the leadership statements could be customised in addition the library of questions which are useful. Also, the platform for the various modules provides data and analysis and recommended actions to enable actions to be taken

What do you dislike?

In addition to onboarding, while it is easy to set up e.g. 360 surveys, it would be possible to provide an option for customers who would like some support to create the surveys in view of time and resources. Also, to enable language translation for the common language e.g. mandarin

Recommendations to others considering the product:

User Friendly Platform, Prompt response from Team on enquiries - from products, quotation, customer onboarding, useful and easy to interpret data, great social responsibility to help local enterprises especially during Covid Circuit Breaker by commissioning pulse survey free to companies to enable them to identify staff engagement issues and organising MasterClass & Webinars with HR Professionals to help Entetprises manage these issues. Even now, they are running a free survey as a follow-up and continue to run Master Class to help companies keep updated. A local home-grown company!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

At this point is to assess leadership competencies and identify areas of improvement. The process has yet to be completed but from the sample report provided, individual could have a detailed report based on Johari window - identifying blind spots as well as detailed analysis. Not only that it incorporates a pages to enable reflection and action plan. It would help instill ownership and responsibility. The group report is also useful providing a snapshot of the team of the leadership capabilities and areas of improvement.
