What do you like best?
I was introduced to Friday Feedback by a old coworker. It's a great way to keep tabs on employee happiness. I love the kudos feature, which lets coworkers congratulate others for doing a great job. It's simple to setup and powerful!
What do you dislike?
From my impression, the product is still young, so I can't create multiple teams inside my organization. I also would like the ability to do performance reviews and manage individual questions for my employees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it and see if it works for your team. We did the 2-week trial, and after a few collection periods we were sold.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It can be tough to understand the current state of the team. I want to be the best owner I can be, so the biggest benefit is that I can collect feedback that may slip between the cracks.
