Advanced user of eClinicalWorks RCMECW is a very easy to use program for our medical practice. I do the medical billing portion for our office and this software has been the easiest to use in my 15 years of medical billing. Also, ECW customer service is always very quick to get back to our office if we are having an issue.
My only dislike is when we wanted to updated the "look" of our statements, it was quite the process.
Our RCM has been great and we have not had any claims issues since we have been with ECW. Claims go out on time and we receive our claims payments quickly!
