What do you like best?

It is very easy to use, though I do use the software in conjunction with my accountant, they have very good online videos of how to use the product. I use it as a middle step between my bank and my accountant, summarising my bank info and tracking sales/payments.

What do you dislike?

It is very manual and doesn't link with your bank account so you have to input every transaction whereas other softwares like Xero.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is a great FREE tool for first time entrepreneurs, though check out Xero before commit to either as transferring between is difficult.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As above, I use it to gather all my transaction info for my startup and then hand the information to my accountant to be submitted to HMRC. I'm sure it is possible to do the entire process yourself, however, I am caution so do it this way to ensure I remain within regulations.
