What do you like best?

I like the fact that Dynamics 365 Sales Insights is an application surrounded by a wonderful ecosystem of applications like PowerBI and PowerPlatform. It gives me the freedom to present my precious data in ways that help our company grow. Being able to visualize data and tweak reports so that the data comes alive is simply wonderful.

What do you dislike?

I am working with this application for some years now but no dislikes so far

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Creating a so called feedback loop of data was our goal, by letting our Marketeers and Sales people generate data via the CRM business logic, we realized the visual representation giving the insights back to all colleagues involved with our customers and prospects.
