Dotloop is an easy to use software for busy agents! The perfect “work from anywhere” tool!
What do you like best?
Dotloop is easy to learn and use. There are many customizations that can be done to contracts, unlike some other programs I have used that try to make the contract too cookie cutter. Having the app really makes all the difference when out and about. Easy to search for files, edit and even have clients sign in person via the app. My team works a lot of short term/seasonal leases and often have to refer back to the lease for move out dates, terms, etc. Dotloop makes searching easy, especially if loops are organized by address. If a client is looking to buy and still undecided, you can also name the loop after the client.
Support is also great. They always answer questions and helo work out any kinks if you should find them. At $29 per month, you can't really go wrong.
What do you dislike?
Only downside is the need to refresh the page while waiting for documents to be signed. The notifications seem to be a little slow to tell you when a client has signed when the program is open. Not usually a problem but is something that I have noticed. I was not a fan of the idea that Keller Williams was no longer partnered with Dotloop. At that time, documents had to be downloaded from dotloop and uploaded into our system - a huge time drag. Now that KW has allowed Dotloop to be linked to Command, bringing documents over for compliance is easy!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Dotloop. It is the most seamless and easy to use transaction program I have used. More than just e-signatures, you get document storage, document editing and much more.

If a client is looking to buy and still undecided, you can also name the loop after the client. Be sure to add all information about your clients, other parties and the property up front. The information will then be auto filled, on all the fillable documents, saving tons of time.
