I really like the rating scale and addition of a rubric to ensure I am provide fair and consistent feedback to my teammembers
What do you dislike?
I want to be able to use it in realtime while in meetings. Perhaps with more experience, I can do this, especially with the app on a device (e.g., iPad)
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am now providing coaching where needed across the entire team in a format that can be tracked and analyzed. I have found that our seasoned team members have enjoyed receiving feedback as much as our newer teammates.
